Certificate of good conduct

  • A copy of both sides of the identity (residence) document issued by the host country;
  • Recent proof of address or residence.

Fee: 25 euros

Authentication certificate

  • Have a copy of the identity (residence) document issued by the host country on both sides;
  • Have a copy of the old document (both sides of the identities and the first two pages for the passport);
  • Have a copy of the new document (both sides of the identities and the first two pages for the passport);

Fee : 50 euros 

Certificate of individuality

  • Have the two Congolese documents that are the subject of the discrepancy;
  • In the absence of the 2nd Congolese document, provide an identity document issued by the Belgian authorities;
  • Two passport photos.
  • Copy of birth certificate, birth certificate or birth extract (with supplementary judgement, if applicable);
  • Recent proof of address or residence.

Fee: 25 euros 

Certificate of loss of passport

  • Have a copy of both sides of the identity and residence document issued by the host country;
  • If your identity card is stolen, have it declared by the police; if it is lost, have it declared by the local authority;
  • A copy of the old passport;
  • Two passport photographs.
  • Copy of birth certificate, birth certificate or birth extract (with supplementary judgement, if applicable);
  • Recent proof of address or residence.

Fee: 25 euros 

Certificate of indigence

  • Have a copy of your Congolese passport;
  • A copy of the residence permit issued by the host country or a recent proof of address or residence;
  • Declaration on your honour proving that you are being looked after, legalised by the declarant’s local authority (if the applicant is dependent on a parent or relative).

Certificate of nationality

  • Have a copy of your Congolese passport;
  • A copy of the residence permit issued by the host country or a recent proof of address or residence;
  • a copy of your birth certificate;

Birth certificate

  • A copy of your passport;
  • Have a copy of your identity or residence document issued by the host country or recent proof of address or residence;
  • Have a copy of your birth certificate (old if updated).

Certificate of impossibility

  • A copy of your passport;
  • A copy of the identity document issued by the host country or a recent proof of address or residence;

Fee: 25 euros

Certificate of celibacy

  • Have a copy of their Congolese passport;
  • A copy of the residence permit issued by the host country or recent proof of address or residence;
  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate;
  • A sworn statement from a family member or close friend, signed and authenticated at the Embassy;
  • A copy of the identity or residence document issued by the host country or a recent proof of address or residence of the

Fees to be paid: 25 euros for the Certificate of Celibacy

and 30 euros for legalisation

Certificate of divorce

  • A copy of the divorce decree;
  • A copy of the identity or residence document issued by the host country of both former spouses.

Fee: 20 euros

Passport waiting certificate

  • A copy of both sides of the identity (residence) document issued by the host country;
  • Have a copy of your old passport
  • Have a copy of the slip showing that you have been caught and are waiting for your passport;
  • Two passport photos.

Certificate of widowhood

  • A copy of the identity (residence) document issued by the host country on both sides;
  • Marriage certificate or certificate of monogamous customary marriage and marriage certificate;
  • A copy of the spouse’s death certificate;

Fee: 25 euros

Certificate of diploma equivalence

  • a copy of the birth certificate, birth certificate or extract from the birth certificate (together with a supplementary judgment, where applicable)
  • Have a copy of your passport or residence permit;
  • photocopy of diploma and school reports or transcripts (if required)
  • Have recent proof of address or residence.
  • Authentication of school or academic qualifications.
  • Certificate of eligibility.

For civil servants :

  • Mission order and/or assignment decree or commission
  • Certificate of enrolment at a Serbian university or higher education establishment

Certificate of custom relating to the attribution of a name

  • Copy of parents’ passport or residence permit;
  • A declaration of birth from the hospital;
  • Recent proof of address or residence.

Certificate of custom relating to recognition of paternity

  • A copy of both sides of the identity (residence) document issued by the host country;
  • A birth certificate from the hospital;
  • Recent proof of address or residence.
